Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled IT Manager to oversee IT operations and infrastructure across the DACH & EEC region, covering all store locations, offices and the regional warehouse. Acting as the key local touchpoint between business and global IT, you will ensure seamless service delivery, strong vendor management and alignment with PVH’s global IT strategy.

A day in the life of an IT Manager DACH & EEC (m/f/x)

• You will manage regional IT infrastructure and services, ensuring system availability, integrity and performance.
• You will oversee IT operations across stores, offices and the warehouse, safeguarding business continuity.
• You will monitor and manage vendors, driving SLA adherence and execution of on‑site incident management via our global service desk suppliers.
• You will collaborate with stakeholders to anticipate demand and ensure scalable IT services.
• You will lead and support regional IT projects, e.g. migrating local applications and services to global vendors.
• You will ensure local compliance with corporate IT policies, standards and security practices.
• You will engage with stakeholders transparently, ensuring strong communication and alignment with global IT.

What do we need from you?

• Native‑level German and business‑fluent English.
• A university degree in IT or a related field.
• 5+ years of IT management experience with a focus on infrastructure and operations.
• Proven vendor management experience, ideally with global service desk suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks and security best practices.
• Ability to manage budgets, optimise costs and deliver high service quality.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A proactive, problem‑solving mindset in a fast‑paced environment.
