IT Operations Engineer (m / f / d)

As an IT Operations Engineer (m / f / d) at Ververica, you will be at the center of how our people work every day. You’ll own the systems, tools, and workflows that power our internal operations - from Google Workspace to Slack to Atlassian and beyond.

Your mission is simple : enable every employee to work securely, efficiently, and confidently, by delivering exceptional support, running reliable systems, building smart automations, and partnering closely with IT Security to uphold our Zero Trust posture.

You will become the go-to expert for our collaboration tools, our identity lifecycle, our asset management, and the operational backbone that keeps the company running smoothly. When someone says, “IT saved my day,” they’re talking about you.
