Your Job

What you give your best for.

• Coordination of the analysis and resolution of (major) incident, request and problem tickets
• Identification of risks and implementation of improvement potentials to increase the stability of our globally used SAP-based applications
• Increase product quality through visibility and remediation of technical debt
• Monitoring, reporting and evaluation of operational KPIs around our applications to increase transparency and derive measures
• Responsibility for IT service management including incident, problem and knowledge management according to ITIL standard
• International sparring partner as an operations expert for our global service desk, internal stakeholders and external development partners
• Responsibility and implementation of a monitoring and alerting system for our applications 

Your Profile

What you should have.

• Sound knowledge and experience in the areas of SAP BTP, S4/HANA, Ariba or other cloud applications desirable
• Agile mindset and ability to work in agile environments and product teams
• In-depth knowledge of the ITIL framework, ITSM processes and best practices
• Good technical understanding, as well as general understanding of IT architectures and system landscapes at enterprise level
• Experience using problem-solving tools and techniques
• Excellent risk analysis and risk assessment skills
• Ability to communicate and act with internal stakeholders (e.g. end users) and external stakeholders (e.g. development partners) in a way that is appropriate for the target group
• Very good intercultural skills
• Fluent in English 

What is desirable.

• ITIL Certification (Foundation / Advanced)
• Basic knowledge of SAP S4/HANA data models
