YOUR ROLE

Lead projects comprehensively: Coordinate and manage complex digitalization and IT projects, guiding our clients through digital transformation towards Industry 4.0.
Support the process: Assist clients in project preparation and initiation, create roadmaps and project plans, and monitor progress concerning time, costs, and quality until completion.
Manage requirements and stakeholders: Coordinate stakeholder and requirement management, facilitate workshops and meetings, and sometimes report directly to top management.
Consultation and decision-making: Based on complex decision templates, advise clients on digital transformation.

YOUR PROFILE

Solid education: Degree in industrial engineering, engineering, computer science, business informatics, or economics.
Professional experience in manufacturing IT: Several years in project management or consulting roles, ideally in manufacturing IT environments (e.g., MES or ERP).
Methods: Familiar with relevant consulting methods (e.g., stakeholder analysis, gap analysis, 6-3-5 method) and agile methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, MVP).
Industry knowledge: Enthusiastic about Industry 4.0 and IoT topics and eager to learn more.
Communication skills: Strong communication and design skills, confident and customer-oriented demeanor.
Language skills: Very good German and good English skills.
