Project Manager – 1-Year Contract
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to join us on a 1-year contract to ensure smooth delivery of our ongoing projects. This role is ideal if you're seeking a meaningful short-term opportunity to apply your expertise and make an impact right away. At the same time, for the right candidate, there is also the possibility to transition into a permanent Account Specialist or Account Manager position after the contract ends — but the key focus is having a strong project lead during this period.
You should be based in CET (±1) and open to about 2 weeks of travel per year to Wrocław or clients across Europe to connect and collaborate in person.

Requirements
We want you to:

• serve as a servant leader the team, Product Owner, and Kiwee organization, supporting collaboration, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• be an Agile Facilitator in Kanban, Scrum projects
• constantly educate a team and the clients about agile and other methodologies and encourage the best practices
• share the knowledge about agile approach outside Kiwee

Ideal Candidate
You are an ideal candidate if you

• are proficient in adaptive, hybrid and predictive approaches for software development
• have the ability to develop comprehensive project plans that outlines goals, timelines, resources time allocation, and tasks
• understanding of budgeting and cost control to ensure projects remains within financial constraints
• have deep knowledge of agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum), understand software development and digital products, which allows you to link the development team and a client effectively
• can express yourself clearly in written and verbal form, have at least 4-year experience in onboarding, building relation, and supporting international, multicultural teams of developers and stakeholders to the software project delivered in an agile way
• have excellent speaking and writing skills
• Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence for project tracking, collaboration, and documentation
• have experience working in a software company
• your English is fluent (C1, C2, or native speaker). Polish is not a requirement
• you are based in CET (±1) and open to about 2 weeks of travel per year to Wrocław or clients across Europe to connect and collaborate in person.

Bonus Points
It would be great if you

• Have a PMP certificate.
• Speak German at B2 level or higher
• Are an independent, positive person who likes to help people grow
• Have experience in eCommerce projects
• Have heard or implemented deep work concept.
