• Strong alignment between business priorities and IT execution —not just on paper, but in results

• Structured demand shaping , translating ambiguity into clear, actionable delivery plans

• Transparent project governance , ensuring clarity on scope, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs

• Effective stakeholder alignment and supporting decision-making across business, IT, and external partners

• Adoption of modern delivery approaches where they drive better outcomes—not as a formality

What You Bring

• Proven track record driving end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects or programs

• Strong experience operating in cross-functional, international, and matrix environments

• Ability to translate business needs into structured solutions and delivery plans

• Hands-on experience with modern project delivery methodologies

• Familiarity with enterprise application landscapes (e.g., SAP, Salesforce)

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge, align, and influence decisions

• Analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complexity into action

• Fluency in English and German
