The Archdiocese of Freiburg is looking for a permanent position in the Archdiocesan Ordinariate at the earliest possible date with a scope of employment of 100 percent (39.5 hours per week) for a
IT PROJECT MANAGER (f/m/d)
for the Archbishop's Ordinariate

YOUR TASKS WILL BE

Independent management of IT projects
Creation of product & project plans with regular updates and communication of project progress
Creation and maintenance of project documentation, records and reports
Carrying out requirements analyses in close coordination with specialist departments and diocesan institutions
Development of technical solution concepts based on the requirements
Coordination and coaching of all members of the project teams
Compliance with all specifications (cost, time, quality, scope, benefit, risk) within the specified tolerances
Technical review of project plans & procurement applications

YOU BRING WITH YOU

Completed studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or comparable training with many years of practical experience & demonstrable knowledge
We welcome professional experience in project management, but this is not a prerequisite
You are familiar with management methods such as PRINCE2, IPMA, PMI, etc
You enjoy communicating and have a hands-on mentality
Identify with the goals and values of the Catholic Church
