Will you be the next to join our team?

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with expertise in the Insurance sector, with a strong focus on planning, cost management, and risk management.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure alignment of projects with portfolio and organizational goals
  • Define and develop company and project standards, templates, and work breakdown structures
  • Create risk management templates and comprehensive risk management plans
  • Develop and maintain project budgeting and forecasting tools and reports
  • Optimize project strategies to improve outcomes and future project performance

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management in Insurance field, including planning/scheduling, cost control, contract and change management
  • Strong knowledge of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and project coding structures
  • Ability to implement cost management processes across complex projects
  • Solid understanding of risk management methodologies
  • Experience in supplier management, particularly in construction or infrastructure-related project delivery
  • Fluency in both German and English (mandatory)
