Job Title: IT Project Manager - Life Cycle

Location: Berlin, CT.

Job Description

• Be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing end-to-end lifecycle activities including the decommissioning of legacy hardware and network equipment, deployment of new infrastructure, firewall upgrades, configuration management, and ensuring seamless transition with minimal business disruption.
• The Lifecycle Project Manager will oversee project timelines, vendor coordination, risk management, documentation, and stakeholder communication while ensuring compliance with security and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle refresh of hardware and network infrastructure.
• Manage decommissioning, replacement, and installation of new equipment.
• Oversee firewall implementation and configuration changes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, and risk tracking.
• Ensure smooth cutover with minimal downtime.

Experience Preferred

• Strong background in IT infrastructure and network lifecycle projects.
• Experience managing large-scale refresh or modernization initiatives.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
