IT Project Manager (m/f/d) Hamburg, Partly Remote, Full Remote

A minimum of 5 years of professional project management experience, with a focus on software development

Strong technical background, with a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (preferred)

Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum

Experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Trello

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently

Experience working with remote teams is a plus

Will be a plus

Experience with other project management methodologies such as Waterfall or Lean

Experience with software development languages such as PHP, Java, or C#

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP

PMP certification

Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to effectively communicate project progress to clients and stakeholders

Tasks

• Leading and managing software development projects from start to finish
• Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensuring that projects stay on track
• Monitoring project progress and providing regular status updates to clients and stakeholders
• Identifying and mitigating project risks
• Facilitating communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders
• Working with developers and designers to ensure that project requirements are clear and understood
• Facilitating team meetings and sprint planning sessions
• Providing mentorship and guidance to team members
• Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in project management and software development
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools
