IT-Project Manager Support (m/w/d) IAM (MIM Obsolescence and AD Upgrades)

As part of the Hosting Bundle project, you will support a leading Aerospace & Defense company based in Ottobrunn. We are seeking specialized expertise to assist in the strategic development and modernization of the client's IT infrastructure.

Project Details

• Start Date: ASAP (Targeting May 4th or May 11th, 2026)
• Duration: Until the end of the year
• Location: Up to 100% remote or Onsite in Ottobrunn, Manching or France.
• Note: Onsite onboarding is highly preferred.
• Capacity: 80% – 100% (4–5 days per week)

Project Description

You will provide PM support for Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects, specifically focusing on MIM obsolescence and AD upgrades.

Core Tasks

• Project Management Support: Managing the project scope for MIM obsolescence and Active Directory upgrades via Confluence and Unified Planning (UP).
• Coordination: Preparation of milestones and coordination of project phases.
• Meeting Management: Organization of regular meetings, including drafting Minutes of Meetings (MoMs) and action tracking.
• Governance: Preparation and participation in Steering Committees and specialized boards (IMSEC, Architecture, etc.).
• Template Alignment: Ensuring alignment with the new ARD (Architecture Requirement Document) templates.
• Technical Clarification: Addressing BROMO clarifications and obsolescence management.
• Objective: Ensure successful project milestones and the timely delivery of all required documentation and outputs.

Skills

• PMO Expertise: Proven experience in a Project Management Office or PM support role.
• Technical Proficiency: Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), Active Directory (AD), T0 Bastion systems (Domain Controllers, QCA, SCOM, AV, Jump-Servers)
• Security Requirements: A clean criminal record certificate (Führungszeugnis) is mandatory. Official security clearance (Sicherheitsüberprüfung) is not required.
• Language Skills: Excellent English skills are essential, as this is an international project involving teams in Germany, France, Spain, and the UK.
