IT Security Administrator – Network Specialist (m/f/n)

We’re looking for an IT Security Administrator who loves keeping systems secure and networks running smoothly. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll configure firewalls, monitor threats, keep our VPNs humming, and help shape our cybersecurity strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Watch for and respond to real‑world security threats.
• Manage firewalls, endpoint protection, and IDS/IPS systems.
• Perform vulnerability scans and close security gaps before they become problems.
• Keep our LAN/WAN, VPN, and Wi‑Fi infrastructure reliable and secure.
• Work with routers, switches, and segmentation to optimize network performance.
• Help design and implement network upgrades that prepare us for the future.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in IT security and network administration.
• Hands‑on experience with routing/switching, VLANs, and VPNs.
• Familiarity with security technologies (firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS).
• Knowledge of Microsoft/Linux systems, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus.
• Certifications like Security+, CEH, CISSP, CCNA Security, or Fortinet NSE are great to have.
• A proactive problem‑solver who enjoys staying ahead of threats.
