IT Security Consultant – BSI & ISMS

Implement security frameworks that meet BSI standards, enabling robust, compliant systems through strategic and technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements based on BSI IT-Grundschutz, ISO27001, NIS2, and related standards
• Design and implement information security measures – both technical and organizational
• Guide clients through the implementation and continuous improvement of ISMS
• Support audits, GAP analyses, and risk assessments
• Act as a trusted advisor to our architects, developers, and project managers on all security-related matters

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience with the BSI IT-Grundschutz Compendium
• Proven ability to implement BSI requirements in corporate or public sector environments
• Solid understanding of information security, network infrastructures, and system architecture
• Experience in setting up and operating an Information Security Management System (ISMS)
• Ideally familiar with: ISO27001, ITIL, KRITIS, NIS2, GDPR
• Bonus: Certifications from BSI or ISO (e.g. Lead Implementer / Auditor)
