About this position

What you can expect

You will serve as Service Manager for medium to large services, supporting both IT and OT system landscapes in the industrial environment of our existing customers. As the central point of contact, you will be available to the customer and delivery teams. Your responsibilities include process consulting, implementing defined service KPIs, conducting regular service reviews, and monitoring service quality. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with ITIL-based processes and continuously optimize them. Operating standard tools for ticket documentation, maintaining operating manuals, and generating reports will also be part of your routine.

What you should bring to the table

  • Professional experience in managing and scaling managed services appropriate to the role
  • Solid methodological knowledge in IT service management, with certifications in ITSM frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT
  • A high affinity for IT and relevant knowledge of business processes and structures
  • Previous experience with ServiceNow (dashboarding, reporting)
  • Experience in data analysis, preparing, and providing decision bases
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • A strong sense of responsibility, high intrinsic motivation, team spirit, and commitment
  • Ability to quickly familiarize with complex, rapidly changing topics and maintain focus on essentials in a dynamic environment
