As IT Service Coordinator (m/f/d) you will take ownership of our IT service operations, ensuring that our systems, people, and processes run smoothly every day. You’ll coordinate partners, optimise service workflows, and help shape how IT supports the business across Germany and beyond.

Your Responsibilities

• Take the lead in system and user support across desktop, mobile, and communication platforms.
• Manage and coordinate external IT service providers, ensuring top performance and smooth integration.
• Organise configuration and asset management, and streamline service desk processes.
• Drive the onboarding and offboarding experience, managing access, hardware, and identity systems.
• Oversee IT procurement and software licence management, ensuring compliance and cost efficiency.
• Contribute to our IT security and digitalisation roadmap by supporting modernisation projects.
• Plan and deliver user training sessions, helping raise the company’s digital confidence.

Your Profile

• Degree or professional training in IT, computer science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years’ experience in IT service operations, infrastructure, or coordination.
• Strong understanding of Windows Server, Azure, Active Directory, Intune, Exchange, and PowerShell.
• Experience managing IT contractors or service providers.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and a passion for improving processes.
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Hands‑on, proactive, and curious about new technologies and ways of working.
