IT Service Manager (m / f / d)

For our partner company from the sector of leading IT service providers based in Leipzig , we are looking for an IT Service Manager (m / f / d) as part of a direct placement (permanent position with our client).

In this position you will be responsible for the management and optimization of IT service processes according to ITIL. You will act as a central interface to customers and internal departments to ensure first-class service quality. By further developing the key performance indicator system and reporting, you will lay the foundation for the sustainable success of IT services.

A start is possible immediately or at a later date.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for quality assurance and continuous improvement of IT service processes and the relevant KPIs
• Designing service delivery and ensuring operational efficiency in customer projects
• Conducting service reviews and proactively managing service quality
• Establishment and further development of a comprehensive KPI system and service level reporting
• Responsibility for the service catalog and coordination of ITIL processes (including incident, change and configuration management)
• Definition, review and monitoring of SLAs, OLAs and KPIs with internal and external partners and customers
• Creation and maintenance of process and procedure documentation and coordination with audit areas

Your profile

• Professional experience in IT service management or in a comparable function
• Knowledge of the IT infrastructure in order to design projects and services optimally
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks, ideally supplemented by certification
• Confident and professional demeanor, especially in direct customer contact
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
