WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN IT Service Manager (m/f/d)
Part-time or full-time (20+ hours/week)

THIS IS WHAT YOU ENJOY

Designing effective controls: Coordination, maintenance, and further development of controls and security-related measures
Tracking measures: Control, monitoring, reporting, and escalation for transparent implementation
Reliably verifying effectiveness: Regular reviews of the control framework and identification of improvements
Professionally supporting audits: Planning and documentation of internal ISMS audits as well as coordination of external audits
Sustainably improve service processes: Responsibility for ITIL-based IT service processes with a focus on security
Deliver substantive reporting: Management-oriented reporting on risks, controls, audits, and measures
Further developing tools: Technical ownership of Matrix42, including data quality, process mapping, and reporting

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

Degree or training in (business) information technology or comparable qualification
3–5 years of experience in IT service management, ideally including IT incident management
Knowledge of IT management frameworks, particularly ITIL (ITIL 4 certification preferred)
Experience working with Matrix42 or comparable ESM tools
Familiarity with relevant standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27031, BSI, KRITIS
Experience in IT project management
Strong initiative, assertiveness, and a proactive approach to work
Fluent German and good English skills
