Tasks

• Support in the implementation and maintenance of the GRC module in ServiceNow.
• Collaboration with various departments to identify requirements for GRC processes and to map them in ServiceNow.
• Participation in the analysis and optimization of existing processes in the area of governance, risk, and compliance.
• Support in the implementation of new features and modules.
• Assistance in training and supporting end users in using the GRC module.
• Creation of documentation and reports.
• Conducting tests and quality assurance measures.
• Support the development and maintenance of additional applications within the existing tool landscape.

Profil

• Degree in Computer Science, Business and Computer Science, or a comparable qualification (or equivalent practical experience).
• Basic knowledge of the application and administration of ServiceNow is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Interest in governance, risk, and compliance management.
• Analytical thinking skills and a solution-oriented working style.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Independent and structured working style.
• Good English skills, both written and spoken.
