IT Software Project Manager

For my current client in Kiel, I am looking for a Project Lead/ Project Manager for a long going project.

The role is under Arbeitnehmeruberlassung contract for 24 months initially and will require 2 days onsite in Kiel per week.

The role requires fluency in German and in English.

Responsibilities

• Technical project leadership for one or more Software Solutions projects
• Consolidating roadmaps of multiple teams into integrated project plans, including planning certification milestones as explicit project gates
• Managing scope across sprints and phases, coordinating dependencies between teams and products
• Close collaboration with Product Managers, Product Owners and Requirements Engineers - coordinating cross-functional development teams and promoting agile ways of working
• Monitoring time, cost & quality - responsible for risk management and using Jira metrics as input for forecasts and resource planning
• Acting as the central point of contact for all relevant stakeholders and transparently reporting KPIs and project results to management
