Position Overview

An internationally operating technology company seeks an Associate Solution Architect (m/f/d) . In this role you will shape the IT landscape by designing and guiding the implementation of technology solutions. You will work closely with enterprise architects, project managers, business analysts, developers, and operations teams to ensure that technical solutions are aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Design future‑proof architectures: develop robust, scalable, secure, and cost‑effective solutions that support business goals and align with IT strategy.
Bridge business and technology: translate business requirements into technical specifications and suggest ideas to make processes more efficient and future‑ready.
Drive innovation: evaluate and adopt new technologies and methodologies to continuously improve solutions.
Ensure quality and alignment: review and approve architecture changes to maintain strategic and technical consistency.
Document and communicate: prepare clear architectural diagrams and design specifications for all stakeholders.
Smooth transition to operations: collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless handover and maintenance.

Qualifications and Skills

Technical expertise: experience in designing and implementing complex IT solutions.
Communication skills: ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and understandably to various departments.
Analytical and problem‑solving skills: strong decision‑making ability, even in complex situations.
Project management and SDLC knowledge: familiarity with project management methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
Language skills: fluent English and basic German language skills.
