Responsibilities

Technical Service Ownership role for all global R&S Contact Centers Services
Administration, Monitoring and Maintenance of R&S central Telecommunication Service Plattform
Be a member of a global Telecommunication Service Team
Owner of e2e Business relationship processes for R&S Service
Provide agent and end-user support
Drive self-drive Continuous Service Improvement measures

Your Qualifications

At least 1-2 years expertise in holding the responsibility / Technical ownership for an e2e telecommunication service
Proven experience in administration of telecommunication services (PSTN, call routing, emergency calls, SBC) and contact center features incl. reporting
Strong monitoring and troubleshooting skills (wireshark helpful)
Scripting skills (esp. Powershell)
Experience with on-premises and Cloud Communication Services and applications (MS Teams, Threema, ...)
Excellent communication skills in German and English are necessary
