IT Specialist Communication & Collaboration Services / TSO (m/f/x)

Leipzig, Germany – Full‑time, unlimited – Reference Number 14802.

Responsibilities

• Technical Service Ownership for all lifecycle processes referring all R&S global Contact Centers.
• Administration, monitoring and maintenance of global and local telecommunication service platforms and services.
• Responsibility for user support and user experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years experience in holding the responsibility / Technical Service Ownership for an end‑to‑end telecommunication service.
• Longtime experience in administration of telecommunications services (PSTN, call routing, emergency calls) and contact center features including reporting.
• Strong monitoring and troubleshooting skills (Wireshark helpful).
• Experience with on‑premises and Cloud Communication Services (MS Teams, Threema, ...).
• Very good communication skills in German and English are necessary.
