IT specialist (m/f/d) system integration
for the specialist group Technology-supported Information Processing. A part-time position is possible if the application situation is suitable.

This is what you make possible

• You will be responsible for user support (processing fault reports and other IT services relating to hardware and software, troubleshooting as well as order and solution documentation)
• You will perform network access management tasks (user, rights, device and VPN administration)
• You install, configure, maintain, inventory and deliver workstation-related hardware
• You will ensure the technical operation of specialist software, support the organizational units in dealing with technical support requests and create corresponding documentation
• You will be involved in the technical network support of external locations
• You look after the telephone systems, telephony and data connections as well as the mobile devices including the mobile device management platform and handle contract management
• You will be involved in the planning, procurement, installation and introduction of new systems and applications as well as in the definition of requirements for IT security and network access management

What you bring to the table

• Successfully completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) specializing in system integration or application development or comparable training
• Relevant professional experience if possible
• advanced knowledge in the support of Windows systems, MS Office and mobile computing
• Basic knowledge in the fields of network technology
• Good knowledge of the operation of telecommunications systems
• Ability to work in a team, independent working style, flexibility, problem-solving and customer orientation as well as communication and cooperation skills
