IT specialist (m/f/d) in the field of IT administration and support – full-time (40 hours/week)

• Contact person for all IT issues
• 1st level support
• Coordination & interface with external IT service providers
• Initial provision of hardware for new employees
• On-site troubleshooting and repair
• On-site maintenance and servicing of the network infrastructure (hardware/software)

• Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) or, alternatively, career changer with several years of experience and proven IT skills
• Experience with IT security/data protection, IT support, network technology, hardware components, etc
• Experience in the Microsoft environment
• Careful, structured, and independent way of working
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
