IT Specialist System Integration (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Integration of our HR solution in the cloud systems of our customers
• Installation and configuration of integrations of third‑party systems (e.g. time tracking, access control)
• Creating and improving existing documentations of our integrations
• Administration of the Microsoft Cloud of our customers
• Supporting our Success Manager as a technical consultant in support cases
• Administration of our own internal Cloud IT and laptops

Qualifications

• Completed professional/vocational education/training in the IT industry
• 1-2 years of working experience in a similar position
• You are a problem solver and Computers are your passion
• Good German and English skills, oral and written
• Advantageous would be experience in technical support (2nd or 3rd level)
