We are looking for an experienced IT Strategy Consultant/Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Strategy Consultant/Manager to help clients shape and deliver digital transformation initiatives. The role combines strategic advisory with hands-on consulting, working with senior executives to align IT infrastructure, connectivity, and security with business objectives. This position suits professionals with a background in IT strategy consulting or senior in-house IT leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with senior stakeholders (CIO, CDO, CTO, COO, Heads of Innovation) to define IT and digital strategies.
• Develop business cases, transformation roadmaps, and investment proposals.
• Lead workshops and consulting engagements to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
• Align networking, cloud, and connectivity solutions with organizational needs.
• Define and implement security strategies (SASE, SSE, ZTNA, etc.).
• Contribute to IT/OT integration initiatives and operational model improvements (ITSM, SIAM, sourcing, AIOps).
• Act as a subject matter expert in digital strategy and infrastructure transformation.
• Mentor colleagues and share expertise within the consulting team.

Requirements:

• 10+ years’ experience in IT strategy, digital consultancy, or senior IT leadership.
• Proven experience in delivering large-scale IT transformation and consulting engagements.
• Strong background in enterprise IT infrastructure, architecture, and solution design.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AIOps, AI/ML, DevOps.
• Track record of running workshops and presenting to executive stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• University degree or equivalent.
