IT Support Engineer

Responsibilities: Deliver on key IT KPIs defined by management.Provide remote and onsite support for hardware, software, and networking issues.Log and track all incidents and requests using the client’s ITSM tool.Communicate updates and resolutions to end users promptly.Collaborate with distributed teams and third-party vendors.Identify and resolve security incidents, compliance issues, and system vulnerabilities.Maintain accurate documentation and follow IT procedures.Monitor and ensure system backups and performance stability.Stay updated with current technologies through training and self-learning.Understand business operations and align IT support with organizational needs. Requirements: Strong prioritization, planning, and organizational skills.Calm, flexible, and proactive with a customer-focused mindset.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Capable of leading or contributing effectively to projects.Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.Willingness to obtain relevant certifications and continuously improve.Full driving license and readiness to travel, including for urgent situations. Language Required: German language should be fluent.
