We are looking to hire a IT SUPPORT.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance to employees or customers regarding Hardware Software and Network issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems via Phone, E‑Mail, Chat or in Person.
  • Install, configure and maintain Computer Systems, Software, Printers and other IT Equipment.
  • Perform System Updates, Patches and Upgrades.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions.
  • Monitor IT Systems to identify potential issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Document issues and solutions in Ticketing Systems.
  • Set up Workstations for new employees (Hardware, Software, Accounts).
  • Complete required security documentation and ensure all items are correctly labeled.
  • Ensure IT security compliance such as applying security policies and monitoring for risks.
  • Location: Must be located in Frankfurt or nearby and be able to travel to various locations (Berlin, Munich).
  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Sciences or related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in help desk or technical support is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong problem‑solving abilities, strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of remote support Tools (TeamViewer, RDP, AnyDesk).
