Overview

OUR ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Support Manager (m/f/d) to lead our IT support team based in Munich. Reporting to the IT Senior Regional Manager EMEA you will represent Group Technology within the region and be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of IT Infrastructure services for our headquarters in Munich and approximately 40 boutiques across Germany, Czech Republic, and Austria. This role is pivotal in driving change, maintaining stability, and fostering continuous improvement within the local organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 7 IT professionals, including recruitment, coaching, objective setting, and performance appraisal.
  • Oversee the IT budget and cost centers within your scope, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Manage and monitor project roadmaps and activities, aligning with company objectives.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality IT support services, maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) and promoting best practices.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for IT-related matters for entities and brands within your designated region.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of IT professionals. Experience in recruitment, coaching, and performance management.
  • Technical Proficiency & Financial Management: Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications. Experience in managing budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring financial compliance.
  • Project & Service Management: Strong project management skills, including planning, resource allocation, and execution and deep understanding of IT service management principles and practices, with a focus on delivering high-quality support.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German and English.
