IT-Support Specialist (m/f/d)

• You have experience with first-level and second-level support
• You have the know-how and technical understanding of the interaction of distributed IT systems
• You have basic knowledge in Linux, Networks and Scripting
• You understand that IT-Support isn’t just finishing the next ticket
• You have the characteristics of a structured, independent and solution-oriented team player
• You have a good grasp on German and Englisch
