IT Support Specialist (m/f/d)

For our partner company in the healthcare sector based in Hamburg , we are looking for an IT Support Specialist (m/f/d) as part of a direct placement (permanent position with our client).

In this position, you will ensure a highly available IT infrastructure by supporting modern Microsoft server and client systems as well as Citrix environments. You will accompany the entire hardware lifecycle as part of IMAC services and make a significant contribution to technological development by actively participating in IT projects. You will act as an experienced contact person for the specialist departments and ensure operational reliability through monitoring and sustainable incident management.

A start is possible immediately or at a later date.

Your tasks

• First and second level support for specialist departments via telephone, e‑mail and remote access in day-to-day operations
• Implementation of IMAC services (Install, Move, Add, Change) for IT infrastructure and end devices
• Installation, operation and maintenance of Microsoft server and client systems as well as Citrix environments
• Analyzing, documenting and rectifying system faults within the ticket system
• Continuous monitoring of IT systems to ensure stable operational reliability
• Collaboration in IT projects and coordination of external service providers

Your profile

• Professional experience in the administration of IT infrastructures
• Knowledge of incident and request management as well as sustainable problem analysis
• Confident handling of modern collaboration tools and common Microsoft technologies
• Structured, reliable and solution-oriented way of working in compliance with service level agreements
• Proactive identification of optimization potential for the standardization of IT processes
