Providing fast and effective IT support for employees in the office and remotely (via Jira HD, email, Slack, phone, 1:1 on-site)
On- and offboarding of employees, including hardware provision (Windows, & Mac) and access to required tools from the first day of work
Maintenance and improvement of the IT infrastructure at the workplace (e.g. TV, printer, scanner, conference room equipment)
Hardware management: Management of zolar-owned devices, including inventory, lifecycle monitoring and repairs
Contract and license management: forecasting requirements, negotiating with vendors and monitoring usage
Development and implementation of improvements in software and systems (e.g. Okta, knowledge base, process updates)
Collaboration with external providers for construction work, maintenance and testing in office buildings

Your role at zolar

What you will need to bring

Willingness to learn and eagerness to learn

Proven experience in IT support, preferably in a hybrid work environment

Excellent communication and problem solving skills, both with internal staff and external partners
