IT System Administrator (m / f / d) 2nd Level Support

Your tasks

• Ensuring the operation of IT infrastructures and providing second-level support in the event of faults and service requests.
• Administration and support of complex IT infrastructure and application systems with a focus on the network, data center and workplace
• Management and optimization of complex IT services
• Development of standard services for provision in the self-service portal and first-level support
• Participation in (small and medium-sized) complex IT projects and implementation of changes in accordance with ITIL processes
• Ensuring the IT service quality of simple IT services
• Creating technical specifications, operating documentation and instructions in German and English
• Processing and rectifying faults with the help of diagnostic systems, system literature and second-level research

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration or a comparable qualification
• First professional experience in the administration of complex IT infrastructures
• Knowledge in the provision and monitoring of complex IT services
• Good knowledge of IT infrastructure systems (network, data center, workplace)
• Technical understanding
• Certification in IT service management (e.g. ITIL)
• Customer and solution-oriented approach
• Communication and interface skills
• Willingness to learn and train and ability to innovate
