Mutares actively support its portfolio companies with its own investment and operations teams and through strategic add-on acquisitions. The focus is on companies with revenues ranging from EUR 100 million to EUR 750 million, across various industries. The aim is to achieve a clear value increase with a focus on sustainable, long-term growth of the portfolio company.

For our Holding IT, we are looking to hire a Systems Administrator (m / f / d) on a 15-month limited-term contract, with a successful track record on Tool administration and a continuous improvement attitude. The role will be located in Munich.

Your Tasks

• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services, ensuring efficient configuration and performance
• Manage identities and access policies in Microsoft Entra ID, maintaining secure authentication and compliance
• Implement secure endpoint configurations and oversee lifecycle management for all devices
• Deliver user support both onsite and remotely, resolving technical issues promptly
• Drive automation and IT modernization projects, leveraging AI tools and workflow automation for efficiency

Your Profile

• Successfully completed IT-related education or equivalent professional qualification
• At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and cloud-only architectures; solid knowledge of Endpoint Management (Intune), Security, and Compliance frameworks
• Independent and solution-oriented work style combined with strong team spirit and communication skills
• Business fluency in English with the ability to communicate in a clear and structured manner; German is a plus
• Willingness to work from our Munich office for up to 4 days per week, and to work in an international environment
