In this role, you will…

... ensure stable and secure operation of our IT Infrastructure
... provide professional technical end-user support and take ownership of our IT ticket system
... analyze, troubleshoot and solve complex IT problems
... monitor, maintain and update our IT systems and end-user devices
... contribute to our ongoing efforts to implement a future-proof IT infrastructure

... have completed your IT vocational training or achieved a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
... are experienced in IT system administration, technical user support or related roles
... are experienced in administering Microsoft environments
... have strong problem-solving capabilities and troubleshooting skills
... bring a strong work mentality, with a high level of self-organization and self-motivation
... are able to work independently and willing to take ownership of assigned responsibilities
… can express yourself well in English, both verbally and in writing (German is desirable)
