IT / System Administrator (m/f/d)

To strengthen our IT team in Rostock, we are looking for an IT / System Administrator (m/f/d) (to start as soon as possible).

iQ IMAGE is an international group of companies with offices in Germany, the USA and India. We offer complete, easy‑to‑use software solutions and IT services for medical imaging. Our advanced products for PACS, RIS, cloud solutions, 3D processing and teleradiology are used by radiology and healthcare professionals worldwide. Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation of our hybrid IT services
• Administer and further develop the Microsoft 365 platform (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)
• Work on migrations, rollouts and IT projects in the Microsoft 365 environment
• Maintain and continuously develop the IT infrastructure and services for our departments (e.g. CRM, ticket management, Jenkins, GitLab, Redmine)
  • Administration of hypervisors based on Hyper‑V or Proxmox
  • Administration of network devices (firewall, switches and access points)
• Receive Microsoft‑certified further training to supplement your skills

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint
• Experience with Microsoft Intune
• Ideally, you have experience with hybrid environments (Active Directory + Entra ID)
• Independent and structured way of working, as well as the ability to quickly grasp complex processes and solve them
• Service‑oriented way of thinking and acting, and enjoy dealing with people
• Good written and spoken German and English skills, as we work with an international team for international customers
