IT System Administrator Support & Infrastructure (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Support of our users in 1st and 2nd level support
• Management of access and authorizations (MS Active Directory/ Microsoft 365)
• Patch management (WSUS)
• Client and server management (Windows 10,11 / Windows Server 2016, 2019 Hyper‑V / Ubuntu Server)
• Configuration and maintenance of our monitoring system
• Optimization and documentation of processes in the IT infrastructure as well as planning, implementation and configuration of new IT solutions

Qualifications

• Successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or a similar qualification in the IT environment
• Experience in 1st and 2nd level support
• Knowledge of network and IT security and data protection
• Knowledge of Microsoft server products including Active Directory, Teams and Exchange Online
• Initial experience with Linux server operating systems is desirable
• Ability to work in a team, user‑oriented thinking, careful and independent working methods and problem‑solving skills
• Good written and spoken German (at least level B2/C1) to ensure smooth communication within the department
• Good knowledge of English
