Responsibilities

Managing and administering internal IT hardware and software
Providing first-level support and acting as the IT contact for employees
Network administration and support
Maintaining and optimizing interfaces with customers and suppliers
Managing our ERP system (Alphaplan)
Identifying and implementing improvements in IT processes
Managing and developing our cloud environments (Azure, SharePoint, Teams)

Qualifications

Completed training as an IT specialist, degree in computer science, or comparable qualification
Experience in managing and developing IT processes, preferably in an ERP environment
Self-reliant, structured, solution-oriented working style with good organizational skills
Strong communication and teamwork skills, high service and customer orientation
Good German and English skills (minimum B2)
Additional advantageous skills include:
Proficiency with IT hardware and experience setting up and supporting workplace systems (PCs, notebooks, printers, peripherals)
