IT Systemadministrator im Remote Driving Umfeld (m/w/d)

Your mission

You will ensure that our teleoperated forklifts have a secure and efficient infrastructure at their disposal. You will ensure smooth operations, optimum networking and the reliability of critical IT systems. One of your mian goals is to build processes and establish systems to ensure our it security compliance.

Your profile

• Training as an IT specialist or comparable qualification
• Experience in IT system administration
• Sound knowledge of network technology and IT infrastructure
• Practice in the administration of the M365 environment and other cloud technologies
• Experience in dealing with server infrastructures and IT security measures
• Knowledge of Linux systems and virtualization solutions (desirable)
• Good English language skills

• Analytical skills to penetrate complex technical problems and solve them in a targeted manner
• Strong communication skills and precision to communicate test results, process improvements and technical requirements
• Proactivity to implement solutions independently
• Solution orientation and detail orientation in order to develop practical solutions from a quality and performance perspective

Your tasks

Within your role you are responsible for:

• IT Infrastructure and Systems Management
  • Setup, expansion, and maintenance of IT and network systems
  • Configuration and maintenance of server infrastructure
  • Administration of the M365 environment (Exchange, Entra, Office, Azure, Intune)
  • Setup and maintenance of PCs, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Deployment of virtual machines for development
• Operations and support
  • Internal IT support
  • Support for day-to-day operations and development of our teleoperated forklifts
• IT Security Management
  • Implementation of technical and organizational IT security measures such as
    MDM, ABM, logging, SIEM, backup and recovery
  • Development of automated processes such as zero-touch provisioning, Ansible, etc.
