What You'll Bring :

• A degree or equivalent training in IT / Informatik
• Strong grasp of modern IT infrastructures
• Advanced knowledge in :
  • Windows Server & Active Directory
  • VMware, Citrix, SQL & Exchange environments
• Hands-on experience managing virtualized systems
• Fluency in German (C1 minimum)
• A mindset that's customer-focused, solution-oriented, and self-managed
• Team spirit and a hunger to keep learning

What You'll Do

• Design and deliver IT infrastructure projects for diverse industries
• Administer Microsoft environments (AD, SQL, Exchange)
• Virtualization management across server and desktop landscapes
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
