Responsibilities

• IT-Support & Troubleshooting: telephone and onsite support for IT users and handle technical issues both on site and remotely.
• Schnittstelle zwischen Anwendern & IT-Teams: coordinate communication between users and support teams.
• Ticketmanagement: classify and process tickets, escalates complex requests to appropriate departments.
• IT-gestützte Prozessoptimierung: improve laboratory processes with IT systems and support automation and integration of lab equipment.
• Projektunterstützung: participate in hardware/software projects, customer projects, and LIMS sub‑projects.
• Dokumentation & Inventarisierung: maintain documentation and inventory of IT assets.

Qualifications

• Completed training as Fachinformatiker for Systemintegration or a comparable technical/natural science field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
• Preferably first experience in analytical or medical service laboratory.
• Responsible, independent work with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing high service quality for customers.
