Position: IT-Systemtechniker im Außendienst (m/w/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Independent technical and organizational execution of installation and commissioning of our network-based video surveillance and location systems
• Diagnosis and troubleshooting of existing systems
• Organization and execution of repairs and maintenance
• Consultation, planning, handovers, and training on our systems
• Participation in on-call duty

Your Qualifications

• Completed training in IT or a comparable technical qualification (e.g., system technician, communication electronics technician, IT electronics technician, network technician)
• Initial work experience in video system technology or network technology is advantageous
• Experience in service and confident customer interaction
• Technical understanding and interest in innovative technologies
• Friendly and confident demeanor, customer-oriented
• Self-reliant, solution-oriented, and structured working style
• Driver's license class B and willingness to travel nationwide
• Language requirement: German C1
