Overview

Italian-speaking Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d) – Part-time

Overview: Be the first point of contact for our B2B customers in Italy via phone or e-mail; assist with questions related to orders and deliveries; process orders in our ERP system; service registered dealers and help attract new customers to Parts Europe.

Responsibilities

You are the first point of contact via phone or e-mail for our B2B customers in Italy.
Assist customers with questions related to orders and deliveries and support them in the best possible way.
Accept orders by phone and e-mail and process them in our ERP system.
Service existing dealers and help win new customers and interest them in a cooperation with Parts Europe.

You bring along

You have already gained first professional experience in customer service, customer support, internal sales or similar.
You share our passion for motorcycles, ATV/UTV, bicycles, etc., and bring some technical knowledge about our products.
Fluent in Italian with professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Open-minded, communicative and with a strong service and customer orientation.
Routine handling of common MS Office programs and experience in using an ERP system.
