The IT/OT Engineer Cybersecurity (Pre & Post Sales) will be responsible for providing technical expertise, collaborate with the sales team and advise customers in our business area Power Grid Cybersecurity. Work location: Stunning Austrian Mountains (Klaus, Vorarlberg) or remotely from Western Austria or Southern Germany. IT/OT Engineer Cybersecurity (Pre & Post Sales), 80-100% (f/m/x) What Is It About Collaborate with sales managers to understand customer needs, translate technical requirements, and deliver optimal cybersecurity solutionsDeliver tailored demonstrations and proof of concepts (PoC) to diverse audiences, including management, IT teams, SOC analysts, and OT personnelAct as a trusted advisor for different customer teams, guiding them through the design, implementation, and operation of our security solutionsSet up, configure, and support cybersecurity solutions in complex IT- and OT- network environments, including substations, control centers, and power plantsProvide on-site customer support, respond to inquiries, and conduct training sessionsContribute to a collaborative team culture by sharing expertise, supporting colleagues, and fostering innovation What Are Your Skills Strong knowledge of IT networking, virtualization technologies and core cybersecurity concepts; familiarity with OT protocols is a plus.You’re solution-oriented, a clear communicator and bring strong technical expertise.Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to the audience and address their needs effectively.You work independently and thrive in cross-functional teams, especially in close partnership with our sales team.You are self-organized, proactive, team-oriented and enjoy sharing your knowledge.You communicate confidently in both German and English.You enjoy travelling within Europe (up to 40% travel share) What you can expect Collaborate with an international, highly motivated team.Engage in meaningful work that makes a real impact.Thrive in our open and appreciative culture.Join a company recognized as a great place to work.
