The IT/OT Engineer Cybersecurity (Pre & Post Sales) will provide technical expertise, collaborate with the sales team, and advise customers in Power Grid Cybersecurity. Join us in our mission and support our customers in the transition to secure and reliable digital power grids.

Work location: Stunning Austrian Mountains (Klaus, Vorarlberg) or remotely from Western Austria or Southern Germany.

What is it about

Collaborate with sales managers to understand customer needs, translate technical requirements, and deliver optimal cybersecurity solutions
Deliver tailored demonstrations and proof of concepts (PoC) to diverse audiences, including management, IT teams, SOC analysts, and OT personnel
Act as a trusted advisor for different customer teams, guiding them through the design, implementation, and operation of our security solutions
Set up, configure, and support cybersecurity solutions in complex IT‑ and OT‑network environments, including substations, control centers, and power plants
Provide on‑site customer support, respond to inquiries, and conduct training sessions
Contribute to a collaborative team culture by sharing expertise, supporting colleagues, and fostering innovation

What are your skills

Strong knowledge of IT networking, virtualization technologies, and core cybersecurity concepts; familiarity with OT protocols is a plus.
Solution‑oriented, clear communicator with strong technical expertise.
Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to the audience and address their needs effectively.
Work independently and thrive in cross‑functional teams, especially in close partnership with our sales team.
Self‑organized, proactive, team‑oriented, and enjoy sharing knowledge.
Communicate confidently in both German and English.
Enjoy travelling within Europe (up to 40% travel share).
