Responsibilities Plan and support IT/OT infrastructure projectsTroubleshoot and resolve system issues (2nd/3rd level support)Maintain system documentation and follow change management processesHelp test and validate systems to meet quality standards Requirements Experience with Microsoft server environments, VMware, Citrix, scripting (e.g. PowerShell), and MS SQLBackground in IT/OT systems, ideally in industrial or regulated environmentsUnderstanding of system validation and infrastructure standardsRelevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft, VMware, Citrix, ITIL) Fluent English and German If you have difficulty in applying for this role please email [email protected]
