HII Mission Technologies is seeking a highly qualified Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2) to support mission-critical operations and capability development. This role involves providing deep technical expertise across tactical datalinks, interface control, and C2 planning and operations to accelerate warfighter readiness and innovation. The role provides 603rd Air Operations Center/A33 SME support, integrating and improving JADC2 and IAMD operations and capabilities in support of theater objectives, and improving C2 planning, training, and execution with the EUCOM area of responsibility.

What You Will Do

• Deliver expert analysis on warfighting technologies and JADC2 capabilities
• Identify and address gaps in DOTMLPF-P (Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership, Personnel, Facilities, Policy)
• Support mission engineering, prototype development, experimentation, and global wargaming
• Advise Area Air Defense Commander (AADC) and components on joint/allied air, space, and missile defense operations
• Design and manage C2 training scenarios and vignettes
• Develop and maintain Theater IAMD Common Operating Picture and Multi-Tactical Datalink Network systems
• Provide real-time support for contingency operations and integration of JADC2 systems into AOC architectures
• Assist in the creation of exercise documents: Air Tasking Orders, SPINS, MSELs, coordination cards, etc.
• Offer technical recommendations on operations, maintenance, and configuration of Tactical Data Link (TDL) systems
• Collaborate with U.S. Components and coalition partners to enhance JADC2 implementation and effectiveness

What We Are Looking For

• 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
• Clearance: Must possess and maintain a Top-Secret clearance.
• Proven expertise in emerging technologies supporting JADC2 innovation
• Strong background in tactical data link protocols (e.g., MIL STD 6011, 6016, 6020, 3011, JREAP A/B/C, TCP/IP)
• Experience developing and briefing multinational exercise objectives and datalink architecture plans
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to senior military leaders and action officers

Preferred

• 11 years of recent specialized experience
• Minimum 7 years of experience with JADC2 platforms and concepts
