What Your New Challenge Will Look Like

• Develop and maintain robust backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and Docker.
• Build scalable data integration pipelines and APIs to connect external systems with our product.
• Ensure data quality, transparency, and performance across all systems.
• Monitor production systems and handle incidents to keep our solutions running smoothly.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver innovative solutions.

Why you belong at 4flow

You bring at least 4 years of experience in Java and object-oriented programming, as well as a degree in mathematics, computer science, (business) informatics, software engineering, or a related field.
Spring Boot, REST APIs, and SQL databases (such as MySQL) are familiar to you.
You are interested in message-driven architectures like Kafka or Apache Camel and use common development tools including Git, Maven or Gradle, IDEs, CI/CD (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab), and Docker.
You offer strong awareness of code quality, clean code principles, and scalable software design, and you communicate fluently in English; German language skills are considered a plus.
You demonstrate strong motivation for software development with Java and show a genuine interest in logistics, while also sharing our enthusiasm for 4flow and aligning well with our diverse, supportive, and innovative company culture that encourages growth and the contribution of ideas.
