JEMSO Intelligence Integrator

We need your extensive industry knowledge and advisory skills to solve some of our clients’ most complex problems—and find solutions that keep our nation safe.

The candidate will serve as an Intelligence Subject Matter Expert and Integrator supporting joint electromagnetic spectrum operations (JEMSO). You'll plan, direct, monitor, and assess electromagnetic activities that manage, protect, attack, and exploit the electromagnetic spectrum (EMS).

You will perform combatant command-level intelligence integration to support OPLANs and CONPLANs and appropriate staff actions.

You'll provide written and verbal briefings to senior leadership and other staff organizations on current and emerging threats to U.S. and coalition EMS-dependent operations, activities, and investments.

You'll coordinate JEMSO-specific intelligence support into both sensitive activities and non-kinetic effects planning. You'll support the integration of operations and data-driven intelligence to meet JEMSO preparation of the operational environment requirements.

You will identify intelligence gaps and submit intelligence requests for information or collection.

As an Intelligence Integrator supporting a Combatant Command, you'll help your customer understand their operational landscape. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you'll explore new data sources, build effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources, including SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, MASINT, and open source.

You will validate information and develop tradecraft as you build assessments for senior policy makers. As the authority on your topic, your customer will look to you for time‑critical recommendations, often under pressure.

You'll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring.

You Have:

• Experience providing data visualization products via FADE, MIST, GOAT, DaVinci, DX, Voltron, or Maven Smart Systems
• Knowledge of EW systems and capabilities, data trending, pattern‑of‑life analysis, nodal analysis, and visualization to establish indications and warning and drive decisions
• Knowledge of EMS operations and integration of electromagnetic warfare (EW), space, cyber and intelligence at the operational, strategic, or national levels
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis, developing data insights, data integration, and non‑kinetic operations or analysis, or 10+ years of experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis, developing data insights, data integration, and non‑kinetic operations or analysis in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience briefing intelligence updates to General Officers and Flag Officers, Intermediate Target Development (ITD), or Advanced Target Development (ATD)
• Knowledge of Joint Doctrine Note 3-16, CJCSI D, and CJCSM series
• Ability to develop interactive dashboards
• Project Management Certification
• Graduate of the Joint Targeting School
• Completion of US Air Force Targeting IFTU training
• Completion of a DoD Planner's Course

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary range: $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
