Responsibilities

• Get involved across all aspects of the network team not just ticket resolution
• Contribute to a wide range of ongoing and upcoming infrastructure projects
• Provide hands‑on support to the wider engineering team
• Grow into project-based work with real end‑to‑end involvement

Skills / Must have

• 2+ years of experience in network support or engineering
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, especially Routing & Switching (CCNA level)
• Proactive attitude – you’ll be jumping into whatever needs doing
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑paced team
• German is a nice‑to‑have, not a must
• Based in or near Frankfurt is ideal but not essential
